1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder1/2 Cup nonfat/lowfat cottage cheese1 T Instant, sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor, I used Cheesecake)1/2 Cup Sugar-Free Vanilla Coconut milk 3-5 Ice cubes
